AI Accelerators

Safe to change. Never a black box.

AnAr builds accelerators for the slowest, riskiest parts of working with existing software: proving a change broke nothing, and recovering the logic buried in code nobody documented. Our engineers run them on your system and validate what they produce, so you get the outcome without the manual grind.

What They Are

Owned tools, applied inside the work

An accelerator is a tool we built and run ourselves, aimed at one specific, painful job in software delivery. It is not a product you license and operate. Our engineers run it on your system and validate what it produces, so you carry the outcome, not another tool to maintain.

They exist because we maintain and modernize other people's software for a living, and the hardest parts, proving a change is safe and recovering logic nobody wrote down, needed tooling that did not yet exist. Each one is applied inside a modernization, maintenance, or build engagement, never sold as a standalone box.

The Accelerators

Two tools, one goal: change software without fear

One proves a change is safe. One recovers what the code knows and your team no longer does. Used on their own, or together.

Automation Testing Framework

Hand over the running application and it generates the regression suite and runs it. A change that breaks behavior shows up in a test result, not a customer complaint. No test specs to write, no scripts to hand-maintain.

Business Rule Extractor

Point it at a legacy codebase and it recovers the business rules and edge cases buried inside, documented so the logic survives the people who happen to remember it. The starting point for a safe modernization or takeover.

Where They Fit

Applied inside your engagement, not sold as a login

Accelerators are not a product line you buy instead of an engagement. They are the tooling that makes the work we already do faster and safer, at the points where a change has to be trusted.

AI-assisted builds

Every engagement runs on our four-phase method. The accelerators back the Understand and Verify phases. See AI-Assisted Development.

Modernization

Recover the business rules before a rebuild, and verify behavior parity at cutover. See Legacy and AI-Driven Modernization.

Maintenance

Understand an inherited system before touching it, then gate every change with a regression suite. See Application Maintenance.

Why AnAr

Why teams trust AnAr with their code

We build the tools, and we run them.

Not a reseller of someone else's software. Each accelerator is built and operated by the same engineers who maintain and modernize client systems.

A human validates the output.

What an accelerator produces is reviewed by our engineers before it gates anything. You are never trusting a result nobody read.

150+ projects. 95% client retention. 12 years of delivery.

The tooling matters because the delivery around it is proven. Clients stay with us for years because the systems we touch keep working.

Your code stays yours.

Source code and IP are protected. Confidentiality terms are agreed in writing before any code is shared, and visibility is limited to the engineers assigned to your engagement.

Start a Conversation

Tell us which problem you have

A short note is enough. Tell us about the system, and our engineering team comes back with a real read on which accelerator fits and what running it would involve.

Come to us with:

  • A system you keep changing and want a regression safety net around
  • A legacy codebase whose business rules were never written down
  • A modernization or takeover where the risk is what you cannot see
  • An AI-assisted build where the review process has not kept up

You will speak with engineering, not sales. The first reply comes from someone who can answer technical questions about your system, within one business day.

A few details so the right engineer follows up.

What Happens After You Send
1

Routed to the right engineer

We read what you sent and route it to someone who works in that area, not to a sales queue.

2

A reply within one business day

You get a substantive response from an engineer, with first thoughts on your system where they are clear.

3

A review to go deeper

We set up time to look at the system and agree which accelerator fits and what running it would involve.
